I hold an MBA and have spent over 13 years building institutions in the safety and skill training space. I founded GIFSE with a simple but demanding standard: training should make a candidate genuinely job-ready, not just certificate-ready.
Over the years, I closely observed a recurring gap in the fire and safety education landscape: several institutes issuing certifications without matching them to real industry expectations, leaving graduates undertrained for the demands of an actual worksite. That gap became the reason I started GIFSE, to build an institute where every certificate reflects genuine, verifiable competency, and every candidate walks onto a site prepared, not just qualified on paper.
I built GIFSE around a market-ready philosophy. Beyond core certifications like ADIFS, NEBOSH, and ADIS, every student with us receives free spoken English training, computer literacy classes, mock interview preparation, and hands-on practical exposure, because I believe our students deserve to be equipped not just with technical knowledge, but with the complete readiness employers actually look for.
For me, safety education is not a one-time transaction. It is a responsibility. That belief continues to guide everything we do at GIFSE: closing the gap between training and industry expectation, one job-ready professional at a time.
“We don't just train for certification; we prepare for the workplace.”
